Eastwood Anglo Corporate Finance ("EACF") Limited was registered in April 2000. Corporate Finance work had previously been carried out under Eastwood Anglo European Investment ("EAEI") Limited, which has been operating since 1987.

Bill Eastwood, the founder and director of EAEI Ltd, is the head of EACF Ltd. More recently he has operated a private equity consultancy, generally taking stakes in businesses and thereafter acting as chairman. Due to the increasing demand for corporate finance advice generated via EAEI Ltd he established EACF Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

The directors bring a broad spectrum of experience across the industry sectors. Each director works on transactions in their area of specialisation, thereby bringing essential understanding to deals and ensuring their successful completion. As means of an introduction the following paragraphs give a brief summary of each director and his role in the business.

Bob Spender, part time director and recent addition, is an experienced multi-national CEO. He runs his own business advisory service which has advised on deals upto €15m. Bob provides contact to major private equity firms and brings fund raising and deal structure experience.

Kevin Parkin, part time director and qualified accountant, has acted as the CEO of public and private manufacturing companies. He is a turnaround specialist, who brings the discipline and business understanding that in required to engineer recoveries in distressed scenarios.

Grant Findlay, part time director and the longest standing member of the team, has acted as finance director for private and public companies. He has advised on a number of transactions and currently works as Financial Director for Findel Plc. His financial acumen and accounting background brings in-depth knowledge to each transaction.

Ted Swordy, is a financial and business manager with over 30 years experience in finance, manufacturing and sourcing. Having worked in industry for 30 years he now runs his own company Foxhill Accounting Solutions providing first rate financial management skills to SME businesses.

Tom Eastwood, full time director and recent addition, previously an investment manager at HSBC Republic Bank with sector specialisation in insurance and speciality finance brings fund management experience.

Henry Murch, recent addition based full time in the Eastwood Anglo offices. Henry also runs his own commercial finance brokerage for SME's.
