The unconditional Offer at £1.00 per Non-Voting ordinary Share was announced on 26 October 2005, and under its terms requires 14 days notice to be given before closing. On 26 October 2005 Mrs Phillips held 4,272 Non-Voting Ordinary Shares in Dartmoor Investment Trust. Since that date, as a result of the Offer, she has acquired a further 3,271 Non-Voting Ordinary Shares, and thus now owns 7,543 Non-Voting Ordinary Shares, 19.56 % of the shares of that class in issue.
